An air conditioner does not only cools the air. Rather its more important function is dehumidifying the air in order to create a comfortable environment. After the dehumidification, the water released from the dehumidified air is systematically drained away. However, any such air conditioner that is positioned in the attic, can cause several problems such as the clogging of your drain can make the condensation overflow from your air conditioner onto your ceiling. This can lead to the repairing or replacement of your ceiling and can cost you hundreds or even thousands of dollars for a cathedral ceiling. To prevent this, we provide our ceiling saver kit.
The ceiling saver kit’s main operation is to catch any potential leaks in a custom fabricated pan that uses a separate drain line for the protection of your ceiling from leaks. We have also got the potential damages due to the clogging of the back-up drain covered. We also install a safety switch that is a part of our ceiling saver kit. The function of that switch is to turn off your air conditioner to eliminate the possibility of the occurrence of any more condensation. At this point, you will be able to realize that the air conditioner system is not working. Then you can call us for service and we are assuring you that we will correct the problem without leaking even a drop of water onto your ceiling.
